All information provided through our website, brochures, advertisements, presentations, WhatsApp messages, or verbal communication is for general informational purposes only and shall not be construed as an offer, agreement, or commitment of any nature.
3. Maps, Layouts & Visuals
- All maps, layouts, plans, images, drawings, illustrations, and visual representations shown are indicative only and not drawn to scale.
- Actual dimensions, orientation, access roads, amenities, and surroundings may vary at the time of execution or possession.
- Users are advised to verify all details from the respective developer and competent authorities.
4. Pricing Disclaimer
- Property prices, payment plans, offers, schemes, and availability are subject to change without prior notice.
- We do not provide any assurance or guarantee regarding price stability, future appreciation, discounts, or investment returns.
- Final pricing shall be as decided by the developer/seller at the time of booking.
5. Specifications & Project Details
- All specifications, amenities, approvals, timelines, layouts, and project-related information are provided by the respective builder/developer.
- We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or execution of such information.
- Any discrepancy, delay, modification, or deviation shall be the sole responsibility of the developer.
6. Government Infrastructure & Approvals
We do not guarantee the development, timeline, or execution of government-related infrastructure, including but not limited to:
- Roads
- Electricity
- Water supply
- Drainage
- Sewage
- Public transport
- Street lighting
Such facilities are subject to government policies, approvals, budgets, and timelines beyond our control.
7. Master Plan & Government Notifications
- Information related to Master Plan, zoning, land use, road proposals, or government notifications is shared as per publicly available data at the time of communication.
- Government plans, policies, and notifications are subject to change, modification, revision, or cancellation.
- We shall not be held liable for any future changes made by government or planning authorities.
8. Legal & Due Diligence Responsibility
Buyers are strongly advised to conduct their own legal, technical, and financial due diligence, including:
- Title verification
- RERA registration
- Local authority approvals
- Agreement terms
We do not provide legal opinions or guarantees.
9. RERA Disclaimer
- RERA details, if shared, are provided as declared by the developer.
- Users must independently verify RERA information from the official RERA portal before making any decision.
10. No Investment or Financial Advice
- Any discussion regarding investment potential, appreciation, rental income, or future growth is purely indicative.
- We do not provide investment, tax, or financial advice.
11. Limitation of Liability
Under no circumstances shall our firm, its directors, employees, agents, or associates be liable for:
- Any direct or indirect loss
- Financial loss
- Delay
- Cancellation
- Dispute between buyer and developer
- Changes in laws, regulations, or government policies
12. Third-Party Content
All project-related information belongs to respective developers or third parties. We are not responsible for inaccuracies arising from third-party data.
13. Force Majeure
We shall not be liable for delays or failures due to events beyond our reasonable control, including natural disasters, government actions, legal restrictions, strikes, or policy changes.
14. Jurisdiction
All disputes, if any, shall be subject to Indore jurisdiction only, and courts at Indore shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
15. Amendments
We reserve the right to modify, update, or amend these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
16. Acceptance
By engaging with us, visiting project sites, sharing personal details, or proceeding with booking through us, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions.
